The upside is full control and no one splitting your returns. The cost is real: it takes real time, real expertise, and it scales slowly, because you personally are the bottleneck on how many deals you can properly manage at once.

Passive Investing: You Contribute Capital, Someone Else Does The Work

Passive investing — the syndication model we operate on — flips that.
