Pinnacle Capital exists so investors don't have to make the trade we made early on — trading "passive" income for a very active second job. We do the sourcing, the underwriting, the renovation, and the day-to-day management of every property we buy. You get the returns, the tax benefits, and your time back.
Every deal we bring to our investors is one we'd put our own families' money into — because we do. That's not a slogan; it's the filter every property has to pass before we'll ever raise a dollar from anyone else. We'd rather sit out a quarter with no deals than bring investors something we wouldn't personally invest in.

Mike has been investing in properties since he became an accidental landlord in 2010. He's immersed himself into helping investors by being their "investment matchmaker," helping each person find a suitable fit for their specific real estate investing goals. He also hosts the REL Freedom Podcast, where he helps people on their journey to financial freedom by interviewing top minds in all asset classes of the real estate investing space.
As an emigrant from Vietnam at 6 years old, Viet understands the amazing opportunity that exists in the United States. As a serial entrepreneur, he honed his investing skills, due diligence, and analysis as a flipper of distressed properties years ago.
